These verses are often referred to as 'The Blessing':
“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.”
It is suitable for many occasions, whether its to send a note of encouragement, or as a 'Thinking of you' card or, for example, to mark a milestone in life such as graduation or a move abroad.
