Shipping policy

United Kingdom

Most UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Royal Mail Tracked 24 if you choose express delivery at checkout. For larger or heavier orders, I may use DPD, Evri or another suitable courier.

Dispatch times
I usually dispatch orders 2–3 times per week (weekdays only). Dispatch days can vary, particularly when I am away exhibiting at events. For the most up-to-date dispatch estimate, please check the message shown on the product page, just above the ‘Add to cart’ button. I keep this updated to reflect my current dispatch schedule as accurately as possible.

Some products are made or fulfilled by an external supplier and normally take 5–7 working days to dispatch. These include:

  • Posters in sizes other than A4 or A3
  • Clothing
  • Phone cases

Delivery times
Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually arrives within 2–3 working days, while Tracked 24 usually arrives within 1–2 working days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed once they are with Royal Mail or another courier. Unfortunately, these delays are outside my control, but if your order has still not arrived 10 days after its estimated delivery date, please get in touch. I will usually arrange a replacement where appropriate.


Deliveries to all EU countries

We ship to customers in EU countries. For all orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) with a total value under 150€ (excluding taxes and delivery), taxes and duties will be paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We make sure to follow all EU regulations and guidelines regarding taxes and duties, and strive to make the checkout process as easy and transparent as possible.

Poster orders are usually fulfilled by a print to order company, closer to where you live. Other items (e.g calendars and postcards) are mostly shipped from the UK, so In general your shipping costs will be cheaper if you have only posters in the cart.

PLEASE NOTE that orders from outside of the UK and EU may be subject to sales tax (or equivalent) on arrival in your country, payable by you. (UK and EU taxes, where relevant, are taken at the time of payment and remitted by me to the relevant tax authorities)
