Refund policy
Damaged or defective items
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible, using the contact form at the footer of this page. This must be within 10 days of receipt, and I will ask you for photographs of the item to help determine the nature of the problem. Once the damage or defect is confirmed, I can offer either a refund or replacement.
Non defective items
Please note that the following items are printed to order, and are not eligible for a refund if you change your mind:
- Clothing and other fabric items
- All posters delivered outside the United Kingdom
- All posters other than A4 and A3 delivered within the UK
For all other items, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for the postage cost for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, and if the items is in a saleable condition, your refund will be processed, with the original postage cost deducted, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
