-Poster orders outside the UK (and large format posters in the UK) are fulfilled by a carefully selected print-fulfilment company, as local as possible to the order destination. This helps to keep delivery costs down, and reduces the carbon footprint. Unfortunately I cannot accept returns, due to each item being made to order. 

-Posters are usually delivered rolled in a tube, although occasionally the smaller prints will come flat.
